I specialize in customer success, product management and marketing strategy. I'm currently based in upstate NY heading customer success for a career center and recruiting technology company.
After working at two start-up technology companies, I've learned how to market, sell, and retain SaaS B2B clients. I have extensive experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, the entire Adobe Suite, and more. I know how to work under pressure and with minimal structure to deliver the best possible experience for my customers.
I am proficient in customer onboarding, customer renewal, contract negotiation, product QA, ecommerce optimization, and presenting data and results in meaningful ways.
In my free time, I like listening to mainstream indie music, reading historical fiction and eating way too much Mexican food.
